Access rules คือการตั้งตัวกรอง username และ e-mail address ที่มีคำที่ไม่สุภาพหรือที่คำที่ไม่ต้องการ ด้วยเหตุผลใด ๆ ก็ตาม มีผลกับ account ใหม่ที่กำลังจะสร้างและที่มีอยู่เดิม (account ที่ล็อกอินอยู่แล้วจะไม่ถูกล็อกเอาท์) ถ้า username หรือ e-mail เข้าข่ายเงื่อนไขต้องห้าม และไม่เข้าข่ายเงื่อนไขผ่าน account นั้นจะไม่สามารถสร้างหรือล็อกอินได้ รูปที่ 1 แท็บ List แสดงรายการเงื่อนไขที่ตั้งขึ้นมา

หากต้องการเพิ่มคำต้องห้าม ให้คลิกไปที่แท็บ Add rules เลือกชนิดกฎ (Access type) เป็น deny (ไม่อนุญาต) เลือก Rule type เป็น username จากนั้น ใส่ "%shit%" ในช่อง Mask แล้วกดปุ่ม Add rule

วิธีการใช้เครื่องหมาย "%" และ "_"

  • ถ้าไม่อยากให้มีคำทั้งคำในชื่อ username หรือ e-mail ให้ระบุคำนั้น ๆ แล้วคร่อมด้วยเครื่องหมาย % เช่น ไม่ต้องการให้มีคำว่า ในหลวง จะต้องระบุค่าใน Mask เป็น %ในหลวง%
  • ถ้าไม่ต้องการให้ username หรือ e-mail มีตัวอักขระพิเศษเพียงให้ใช้ เช่น _@_ หรือ _!_ เป็นต้น
